How do I invite my employees to use Clear Verify?

Invite employees through the Employees tools, or have employers under your PEO invite their workforce. Employer Pin settings can also be configured for employee self-registration. See Employees and Employee Pin guides.

How do I direct a Verifier to use Clear Verify?

Point verifiers to clearverify.com for Verifier Registration. After credentialing, they can request employment and income verifications through Clear Verify.

Can I add additional Staff members to manage Clear Verify?

Yes. Invite additional PEO staff from the Staff section. See the Staff guide for available roles and permissions.

What if data is incorrect in Clear Verify?

Data disputes from employees route to the appropriate employer/PEO contacts for resolution. Follow Responding to Data Disputes in this Help Center, or contact support@clearverify.com for escalation.
