FAQs

How long does it take for my verification report to generate?

Most verification reports generate within minutes after you approve a request or complete a My Verify flow. If a report is still pending, check Verification Inbox for status updates. For delays beyond a business day, contact support@clearverify.com.

Can I deny a verification from a verifier?

Yes. Open the request in Verification Inbox and decline or deny the verification if you do not want to share your data with that verifier. You can also manage privacy settings under My Account to control how your information is shared.

How do verifiers use Clear Verify?

Verifiers (lenders, landlords, agencies, and similar organizations) use Clear Verify to request employment and income verification. When a verifier requests your data, you receive a notification in Verification Inbox to review and approve or deny the request.
