Data Disputes
When an employee disputes the data on their verification report, you will be notified and an inbox item will appear for the dispute.
Clear Verify provides notification of data disputes within the application, and via email notifications. The employer is responsible for addressing the data dispute with their employee and correcting the incorrect data. Reach out to our support team for assistance.
Once the data dispute has been resolved, you can click ‘Resolve.’ Your employee will receive a notification of this resolution.
