Personal Information
To view or make changes to your personal information (e.g. name, phone number, title, etc.) utilize the Personal Information page.
Company Information
To view or make changes to your company information (e.g. display name, industry, address, etc.) utilize the Company Information page.
Employer Disclaimer
This feature may be necessary when Verification of Income requests are made for employees with a less standard compensation structure. You can add multiple disclaimers based on job titles by clicking ‘+ Add Disclaimer’ in the right corner of the Employer Disclaimer page.
Organization
To view or update your Corporate Organization Structure, utilize the FEIN page.
Locations
To view your locations and location FEINs, utilize the Locations page.
Settings
To view your Employee Data Schemes, Employee Verification Preference, and other company account settings, utilize the Settings page.
Notifications
To customize your notifications settings, visit your Notifications tab. Here you can easily alter when you receive different notifications.
Sign-in & Security
Utilize the Sign-in & Security page to change your password or email.
Multi-Factor Authentication
For more security, enable Multi-factor Authentication on this page. This security feature can be easily set-up in seconds using our instructions and QR code.
